The hot stamping process is highly durable, precise, economical, and sustainable. Special pre-and post-processing of parts is not required for hot stamping, allowing components to be processed directly.

What is Hot Stamping

Hot stamping is a printing technique that involves decorating flat, cylindrical, and shaped surfaces by transferring a colored strip called a film, using the combined effects of pressure and heat.

Pressure is applied through a rubber stamp heated by electric resistors called a die. By appropriately carving the surface of the die, it is possible to transfer both simple and complex graphics containing text, logos, or fine drawings.

Traditional hot stamping films allow colors to be transferred to surfaces one by one. Multicolored graphics can be achieved by either a series of prints performed by multiple heads or by replacing the traditional film with a film called heat transfer, which can offer optional multicolored and more complex graphics.

The primary advantage of hot stamping is the complete absence of inks and varnishes, making the printing process faster, more repeatable, and easier to automate.
